    TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

    Alfred Wittmann received advanced technical degrees in both electrical and mechanical engineering and is a
    recognized expert in European and international patent practice, offering almost 40 years of experience gained    
    from several important and distinguished positions at various patent offices.  Mr. Wittmann is also a prolific
    author, having published numerous technical dictionaries and books relating to patent practice.
