In 2002, he completed his legal studies by sitting the First State Examination in Bavaria. He completed his judicial training by serving as a Referendar at the Landgericht in Traunstein, at a law-firm in Munich, as well as in the public administration in both Rosenheim and Munich. After passing the Second State Examination, he worked for a law-firm, mainly in the fields of commercial and corporate law, trademark and domain-law. Mr. Gisewski was also a participant in a course relating to comparative international intellectual property law sponsored by the Santa Clara University’s “Center for Global Law & Policy” (Santa Clara, California, USA) held in Munich, and directed by Professor Donald S.
